Article 1: Applicability

 

- The agreements apply for all products in our webshop. 

- By ordering you agree with the terms of our webshop.

- The webshop is not liable for interim price changes. Typing faults in the webshop can be made and the organization of The Sacred Voyage decides in differences.  

 

Article 2: Agreement

- As soon as you have ordered a product in our webshop a confirmation email is send to the emailadres you gave us and there is an agreement. The agreement can be made by webshop order, email or telephone. 

- You can cancell your order within 24 hours after ordering by sending an email to info@thesacredvoyage.com

- The product can be returned within maximum of 14 days after ordering. The fee minus shipping costs will be refunded. 

- After ordering a confirmation email will be send which also includes payment & refundpolicy for retreats (see also below). 

 

Article 3: Prices and products

- All prices and products are VAT included. Shipping costs need to be paid separately. 

- Products can be deliverd as long as in stock.

- Products stay in property of the webshop untill payment is received. 

 

Article 4: Payment

- You can pay in advance for your products by paypal and creditcard in our webshop. Or if you have a Dutch bankaccount by IDEAL. 

- If a product needs to be shipped you pay for the shipping costs. 

 

Article 5: Delivery and delivery time

Delivery of products will be handled as soon as possible but at the latest within one week.

 

Article 6: Refund, cancellation and payment policy

- The product may be cancelled or returned within 14 days after purchase (see article 2)

- Refund in case of canceling will be done within 10 days.

- Refund only possible with invoice.

- Cancellation & Payment policy:

  • The deposit (€ 50 for a 2 day event, € 100 - 250 for longer event) is non-refundable and must be paid directly when signing up. The deposit is included in the registration fee. Your spot is only reserved after payment either of the deposit or the full amount. 
  • Full payment must be made at the latest 4 weeks in advance of an event (or immediately, when 4 weeks or sooner till the start date of the retreat). If the full amount is not paid in due time, your reservation will be cancelled. Your deposit will not be refunded.
  • Non-refundable after cancellation:
    • More than 4 weeks before start of the retreat: Deposit is non-refundable
    • Between 4 weeks and start of the retreat: 100% of registration fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, a participant can, after consultation with The Sacred Voyage, register someone else who meets the admission requirements in his or her place. In this case only the deposit is non-refundable. The new participant needs to pay his/her deposit directly. After receipt of the deposit, the refund will be settled.

Conditions if the course, retreat or training unexpectedly does not continue or if it isn't possible to be facilitated:

If the training or retreat unexpectedly cannot continue or take place, a new date or more options in dates and / or location will be agreed when this training or retreat can be made up or be joined. No refund of the registration fee. 

 

Article 7: Guarantee and liabilty

- Our products will be shipped with full guarantee. In case of damage of a book or cd we will send you a new one. 

- Our webshop is never obliged to pay any compensation to the client unless in case of intent or gross debt of the webshop.

- If compensation needs to be paid it will never be more than the amount of the invoice of the product. 

- No guarantee conditions in case of: normal wear of the product, no original invoice, wear by intent

 

Article 8: Communication with The Sacred Voyage/Kinetics Communicatie

In case of questions concerning administration you can send an email to info@thesacredvoyage.com. As soon as we have received your question we strive to reply within 3 business days. If more time is needed to reply properly we will let you know as soon as possible. We strive to handle your question within two weeks.
